My name is Macauley, I have been in the health and fitness industry for around 8 years now.

I started at the tender age of 17, teaching group exercise classes, quickly my love for the industry blossomed.

Throughout my career my love for fitness has never died, I always try to learn and progress as much as possible, there is always something new to learn! I have gone from competing in martial arts, through to distance running and now big into functional fitness.

I believe all fitness should be FUN, I bring this attitude to every session.
